Sense of (toilet) humour failure

Me and OH finally decided to get rid of our 1970s bathroom suite, and replace it with something modern and white.
We ordered a toilet from an Ebay seller, as we specifically needed one with a 320mm cistern (small space to fit it into), and we needed one that would arrive last week when we were off work. B&Q do a decent one that would fit, but they had 3 week delivery...
Anyway, the toilet turned up (a day early - we were at work, but a neighbour took delivery), so on Saturday evening we ripped out the old toilet (hurrah - it didn't flush well, and was knackered, and the water tank bit suitably fell to pieces as we dismantled it!), and went to fit the new one.
We were horrified to find the waste pipe spigot at the back is 114mm. For a new toilet, this is unheard of, as ALL fittings nowadays are for 90mm to 100mm, so there was no way the pipe was going to go on.
Neither B&Q nor Wickes (only DIY shops open on Sunday) had any other fittings other than 90mm - 100mm, and today I have tried THREE plumbing merchants, one of which sold me a pipe to try, but when we push it on, it's so tight it just fires off immediately.
I have emailed the Ebay seller yesterday to ask where I can get a pipe that fits, but he hasn't replied.
There was nothing on the ebay listing that stated it was a non standard fit of toilet.
SO, 48 hours later, I have nothing but a bucket to pee in! I am NOT amused.
My OH has used some silicon to try and seal the pipe to the spigot, but this is a botch job that I'm pretty sure will leak badly every time we flush.
What do we do?!?!?!?!?
Please help, as I really have no idea!
Can't re-fit old toilet (it's knackered), and can't find ANY pipework to fit a 144mm spigot.
Any suggestions?
I want to reject it under the SOGA (it was bought BIN), as it clearly isn't, but then what?!? I can't go without a toilet for 3 weeks!

No, I am not perfect, but yes I do judge people on their use of basic English language. If you didn't know the above, then learn it! (If English is your second language, then you are forgiven!)

58 views and not a single response?!?!
Well the botch job of silicon sealing the pipe seems to have worked without leaking too much, so that will do for now, and I have a toilet to use for the first time in 48 hours (hurrah), but still not sure what to do now.
I've emailed seller (118k feedback nearly all good, so reputable) and asked them to source me a pipe that will fit! I'm surprised that they haven't replied, given the urgency of the situation!Should've = Should HAVE (not 'of')

I'd probably give the seller a ring tomorrow rather than rely on email.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. It's terrible when you've got nothing to go on.
Other than a cheap jibe, I can't help you - sorry.0 -

Hi Pinkshoes - can't advise myself I'm afraid, but there may be a knowledgable bod over on the "In My Home/DIY" board??
Or (after a quick google - as you seem desperate) how about this http://www.bhl.co.uk/product/MULTIKWIK_SIZE_3_PAN_SPIGOT_PSWD_MK3

I don't understand?
The seller has 118 thousand feedback according to the OP, so I very much doubt they were trying to scam her.Tank fly boss walk jam nitty gritty...0 -

Top one seems to connect a 114mm pan to 100mm pipe

Infact searching for '114mm pan connector' brings up quite a few0
