Probably. They are made on the spot in branch.
Not really an excuse for the awful design though! They don't draw it by hand - they have a standard template to use!and neither does anyone else....
The very existence of this thread indicates that at least one person DOES care...
I myself care slightly. It won't change my decision on whether I want a bank account with the specific bank, but I'd prefer a good looking card to a bad looking card...0
