    Hi guys

Piggers: It's nearly bedtime chick, has anyone told you lately that you're amazing :A

Got most of what was on the list done today. :T

    empty DW
    reload DW
    wipe benches
    put airer outside
    WM x 2
    ^^^hang on line
    sort tea
    poss hoover through

    change littleys bedding
    put cheque into bank
    pick up new curtains
    hang new curtains
    (teenie was desperate)

I didn't get as far as changing littleys bedding cos I've just cleared her floor  she was looking for something the other day and decided it was a good idea to just empty all the boxes out of my room that still need sorting through  She's been told!

Teenie's curtains look lovely and match his new bedding, he's ALSO been told.

Made a lovely Ham Salad for tea and teenie loaded the DW and cleared the benches so they just need a quick wipe which I'll do when OH comes round whilst we're chatting. Bought 2 lucky dips for tonight's and Saturday's lottery. Never play it but you gotta be in it, to win it, right? :rotfl:

Thanks for the best wishes re: new jobs *mwah*

Copious amounts of wine whinging their way to mumto5, you're well out of that chick x

    Love ya's

    xx

I have just finished my long-overdue computer job, which involved a lot of thinking before I wrote: finally got it sorted in my head while baking some of Twink's hobnobs plus a rather good carrot cake and a couple of tealoaves from some other MSE people's recipes (but I forget who posted them - sorry). Baking was not on my list for today but it certainly solved the other problem and DH is happy. Tomorrow I can go into town with a clear conscience and get the lining and tape for our new bedroom curtains.

Pigpen, it's nearly your bedtime. Get your head down asap and sleep well.

    Well done everyone.

I'm off to eat my meal and watch "Who Do You Think You Are" - I'm another family history addict.

Mrs C.. what size does he need? I have a couple of DS3's coats here in need of rehoming.

Thanks for the thought, pigpen. He's 8, about 124cm tall. I'm beginning to think that size tags are a waste of time. Smart shirt size 4/5 fits. Nice polo shirts from Next 5yrs/110cm fit. Next jeans 7yrs/110cm fit. I've just bought M&S school trousers 8yrs/128cm, because the next smaller size is starting to get too short. Undies are size 6-7. Pyjamas of similar sizes, however, are getting too short in sleeves and legs. Very odd.

Hope the assorted small and large pinks are on their way to bed.
ionafan - thanks for the reminder, I hope I haven't missed it.

DH is staying in again - that's 3 nights in a row. Must be short of cash. It's so unusual that I feel obliged to sit with him rather than doing a few jobs, but we may have a little drink as well, since the freezer has produced ice cubes.

Mrs C.. I have a lovely one but it will be too big.. it is a lego bionicle one.. it just has a teeny badge so nothing gaudy but it is age 10.. which is about 140cm I think.. I have loads of girls ones in his sizes I am gradually listing on ebay though.. so if he fancies red or pink! ;)

Dot went down an hour ago, I replied to an email from OH's mum and am having a cuppa and doing my bedtime things then I am away for the night OH can sit here and talk to himself! :p

GCSE results tomorrow - good luck to any flykids - I need to take DS2 from his old school to his new school to hand in his results.

May take DS3 out to Knebworth Park in the afternoon if any of his friends are free to come too.

    Flying to do next:

    Sort bathroom cabinet
Sort pile of books on the landing
    Dust hallway
    Clean shower room
    Start tidying dining room
    Paperwork, paperwork and more paperwork

Just done my energy switch :money:

Thanks for the virtual wine and champers Flylady friends. I had a carafe full in the end. Hivmc!

The housing development in the woods next door got kicked out by the planning committee again. Very happy about that.

DH got to bed before me. Not happy as I was up 90 mins before him and he worked from home today while had a day that felt like being roasted in a pit.

The Mum's from school are organising a get together next week. I need to lose myself in fun and gossip to obliterate the unpleasantness of the last few days.

    Good sleep vibes to everyone.

Ds1 has some results to collect in the morning.

Mrs C I have bought several coats from Decathlon and the boys haven't complained of being cold.

    Tv stand dusted
Millions x washing up done. Where does it all come from? DS1 has done 1 lot too. Creeping as he wants to go to the City with a friend tomorrow. If he gets good results I have promised him some money.

Hope you all get some sleep tonight unless you are at work. xx
