Awww Mac they are soo adorable!! Loving Brownie's ears!! And he was just helping you trim the grass around the man hole cover
. That hutch looks massive for them :T
We got them the biggest hutch we could afford as i wanted them to have pently of space indoors as well as out. The thinking was it would last a year or two until we can afford a better one.
Loving all the rabbit pictures. Theres some very cute bunnys on here. Can't wait until the boys get more confident with us so i can get a bit closer to them, Currently i only pick them up for their daily health check. Rest of the time just talk to them and let them sniff my hand. But they love running under my legs when sat in their run with them.0 -

I would also try to give them a treat every time you pick them up. It doesn't have to be a naughty treat, but a pellet or 2
Or even a raisin
They will come to associate your handling them with something positive
Mind, not all rabbits will get used to it. My boy HATES being picked up, and I have the scars to prove it
They are so adorable, little balls of fluff, and so happy that you're willing to get to know them! Bunnies have great personalities

Loving all these bunny pics. I had 3 house rabbits when i lived at home.
I'll dig some of my piccies out when I get home to show you. Sadly I don't have them anymore, Buggsy (my first ever rabbit) and Lulu passed away and we re-homed Dizzy to a lovely lady who had a few other rabbits as she was getting very lonely being on her own after the other 2 passed away and I was moving away so could get another to keep her company and wasn't able to take her with me.
Bunnies are so loving, I really want another now I've seen all these pictures, maybe in the future but I don't have the space to give them at the moment. One Step at a time0 -
Aww, I miss my bunny!! We had a gorgeous lionhead but sadly DD was super allergic to the hay and sawdust - bunny is now with a lovely family who adore her.
Took 2 years and a million hospital visits to establish that it was bunny causing the problems. The trouble with the world is that the stupid are cocksure and the intelligent are full of doubt.Bertrand Russell0 -
Awww poor things!! Your daughter for being allergic, and your bun for making your daughter be allergic. But good that she went to a loving household

So pleased I could find her a great home, loved as she was I couldn't compromise my daughters health, 9 bouts of pneumonia in 2 years was quite enough. She had every test known to man I think and dust/hay turned out to be the culprit:(The trouble with the world is that the stupid are cocksure and the intelligent are full of doubt.Bertrand Russell0 -
And good that your daughter's health improved!

Aw that is a shame, but I'n not surprised.
Many years ago I had all the allergy tests and all came back negative, even though I know anything with citric stuff in it (lemonade/orange etc) and sugar free stuff (fake sugar/clear fizzy water drinks) will bring me up in lumps .
I now work in a shop and even the smell of hay/straw makes my breathing difficult.
I hate b & q(other shops blah blah) because the raw wood smell(?) screws up my chest.
Strange old world isn't it?
