Or there's another alternative, could you not go without broadcast TV for 3 months? You might find that by July, you won't miss it.

We've just received a TV licence renewal form thing, saying that within a couple of weeks we need to get a new licence. The thing is we are planning on moving abroad at the end of July. There doesn't seem to be an option to buy a six month licence, so is it a choice between buying a yearly licence but not being in the country for half of it, or going to jail...? Help would be appreciated. Thank you!
