02 Internet dongle payg top up

Is it possible to buy a 02 top up voucher from a shop then go to the 02 website and click on something and a box appears to put the voucher number in to top up my payg internet dongle account which is different from a payg mobile phone account.

You should have a swipe card to use otherwise my o2 should do it on the site.

You do not get a swipe card with a 02 payg dongle and " my 02 " is for mobile phones only, the only option I get when I connect the dongle is to give them my credit or debit number, anyway my friend says maybe in 2015 I will be able to top up from a voucher.
