No probs, sometimes it is more detailed.
As I said. If you do open a dispute then you will win if the 'tracking' says anything other than delivered.
Escalate the dispute as soon as you can, if it's paypal then it will be quicker than Ebay.
If it's Ebay, just before you escalate it add something to effect that the tracking number is showing xxxxx then escalate.
Unfortunately Ebay reps don't always review cases very well, so you may have to prompt them to give the correct decision......!0 -
