broadband /bt phone question

i live with my parents that have a BT phone line... id like to sign up for broadband but notice alot include phone call packages

is it possible for me to get broadband billed to me and leave thier BT phone line and bill unaffected?

the phone call packages are over the router so are separate, the broadband can only be billed to the owner of the line I believe

Yes, provided that you choose from one of the other hundred or so ISP's as your provider, as BT I believe add the BB to the phone bill. BT are not a particularly good choice anyway, with their stingy usage caps!

no ,theres no way i will use bt ever again...i had dial up with them and theyre useless

hard to decide who to use though

I use tiscali for internet and bt for phone, havn't had problems & the bills are seperate

I use virgin media no problems yet ( old NTL), I also have a dial up BT connection can be a pain sometimes but their BB isn't bad.
