three network problems

I have a three network broadband dongle and in mid July the 3 network stopped working , I have searched online and can see other people lost there 3 network in other areas in July so has anyone else had the same problem.

    If the follow up question is, can I cancel my contract? The answer is No! (But you would be entitled to a rebate for be days the service was unavailable for you use - as long as you reported it to them).
  • if the problem persists for a long time yes you could terminate the contract because there has been a complete failure on the part of 3 i think
