orange payg to monthly sim only
Hi! I'm on an orange payg plan at the moment, but I'd like to change to a monthly sim only deal instead on a 30-day rolling contract. I noticed on the website that it says 'for new customers only' under the heading for monthly sims. Has anyone done this - is there likely to be a problem if I'm an existing customer?

I transferred a few years ago with no problem. The new customer refers to those already on monthly contracts (whether it be sim only or yearly etc). Just go into your local orange shop it took about 15 minutes for me.0
