Was my first trouting this morning. Shook me up a bit as didn't know what to say, never had a problem in the store before. Wish I had thought quicker and said what Debs suggested in one of her earlier posts, I wont go into details of what I did say but the SA was nice once whoever was at the end of the phone agreed to it's use, she just could not believe it was valid at first as it was for so much but not as much as some I have seen reported. Unfortunately it has drawn attention to the item I had bought as they wanted to know exactly what it was, which was why I was apologising. And I didnt buy maximum number either! Good news is I do have my next voucher but will pick my SA very carefully and go to a different store.
