Aw has no one seen the tv show Gary Tank Commander? Or is it just in Scotland? Maybe you should youtube it - though not sure you'd understand him :) Everyone in my house loves it - just assumed everyone else would know the name.

PS how do I take part in the daily quiz? I tried earlier through the link but it says I need an ID from admin? Can anyone help?

So i googled gary tank commander :D Have never heard or seen it before, must only be up in Scotty maybe? Although it did say it was first shown on More4.
Hi Everyone, newbie here who has been enjoying the chat and after finally been taunted with A's wine deal, I dragged the OH up on the bicycle with me to get 6 bottles.. He's not complaining now *hic* and was awesome to see the APG approved! My first APG glitch! ^_^ I've mostly been a OOD discount freak but I've really wanted to master coupons etc as I hate spending where I don't have too!

Anyway, finally had the courage to join in and wanted to say thanks for the wine tip!
Hello Ginger Ninja - loving your name :rotfl: And welcome to you.

Can't you go and throw him out of the window? :rotfl:

Prefer to keep in with him. He's the person that would on the phone one minute grassing you up for something trivial then being nice to your face the next.

A woman in the building has been off sick for a while now. I know exactly what's wrong with her as she told me. She hasn't told him as she knows what he's like and it getting to him that he doesn't know. He's a right nosey old git. Just about every time I see him I get "That Tracy still isn't working yet because her cars always there. She's been off too long now and my taxes that pay her benefits" and "Do you know what's wrong with her, she told me it's personal, you would tell me if you did know wouldn't you? I'm sure shes on the dodge with the benefits."

    Yep, one of those type...

He's also on the phone/emailing the Housing Association every 5 minutes about all and sundry.

    Getting in to practice.

Good morning all, up nice and early to change the bed, as errr, well, it has, errr well, been quite some time. Mind you, when I pulled the sheet off the mattress I got a whiff of fabric softener so maybe it wasn't quite ready for changing.:rotfl::rotfl:

Good morning all dull and drizzly here not sure I dare mention to DD that I want to go shopping she is back at school next week so I will be able to go as and when I want without all the questioning
Evening everyone, not been a good few days. My little lady lost her puppies :(
Vet thinks she may have an infection, so she's been put on antibiotics. She's been really down, but I guess that's only to be expected. I've been really down myself as I feel heartbroken foe her, but she can sense how I'm feeling and I think that was making her worse. So I'm trying my best to be happy around her and god knows its hard. Really hard.
Hope everyone else has had a good day.

Got loads of catching up to do so might make a start on that.

Oh so sorry to read your post - bug hugs to all and I hope she makes a quick recovery
