I emailed CS and 5 days later they got back to me advising that I take it back for a refund or send it to them for testing, and if I wanted, they would send out a pre paid bag to send it in. I emailed them 2 days ago (over a week after the last email) to let them know that my departure date was fast approaching and that if they couldn't get hold of me could they take it up with my mum and gave them her contact details - As yet, no reply.

I've been reading online that if you buy a Barbour you have to make sure you get one that's "Made in England" and not one of their foreign made ones if you want to be absolutely sure of a good quality jacket. I'm beginning to wonder where mine was made.:(

I don't like any of their other jackets so if they've stopped doing the one I have, I won't be happy.:(
