I havn't had a cig since Sunday night, feel really determined to quit for good, but..

Or run the jar under hot water for couple of minutes..lid expands so will open easily.Born to glitch0 -

I'm an ex smoker (3 years ago in May) I found frozen grapes were good they take ages to eat, I also did my nails daily, filing shaping buffing it take a while and occupies your hands0
