Its just a shame when the fear of a claim removes all sense of human decency or compassion. I'm not the sort to make a claim & aren't really bothered that a tie wrap was left on the floor, its the actions of the staff afterwards that I find quite offensive, when I give them my custom every day. Anyway I'm taking comfort in the fact that they had labelled the whoopsed brocolli up wrong so instead of it charging me 35p for the stem it was programed in at 35p per lb so cost 8p for the stem :P & for those smirkers, it was a real comedy fall, I got it wrapped round both ankles so took about 5 paces where I couldnt get my balance and must have looked like I was doing a solo 3 legged race & one poor man looked horrified as I hurtled towards him!

Glad you're safely tucked up in your hotel room as I have heard there are a couple of nasty characters in the vicinity dressed up as Donald Duck & Mickey Mouse etc who are going around fleecing tourists!!;)
