Stiffened up all over now! Bruising coming out on arm, wrist & knee. Cant get over the fact that not one of them asked if I was ok, I even went over to customer services and complained & they just looked at me as tho I'd grown 2 heads and said the manager would come & fill a form in with me. He did just that, filled it in without checking I was ok or even acknowledging that I might be hurt & then asked me to sign it & said 'someone from Tescos will ring you in a few days to see if you are ok!!!!' Peed me off coz its a small store that I go in every day, I couldnt see that happen to someone without checking they were ok. Just a good job it was me & not someone elderly!

Hi Lutzi1, been caught up in the school hols & not really had time to post, that & the fact that I can never get near the computer when the kids are here!! I have been utilising the skipping club on fb this last few weeks!! Hope you & yours are doing well xx

Flippin typical, "oh yes, lets make sure all the I's are dotted and Ts are crossed incase of a claim, but lets be careful what we write, and not bother asking how the person is, or getting a first aider to check them out, 'cause if we do, we might see that there are injuries, so lets say 'no comment' and hope the customer hobbles home and forgets about it, and NEVER apologise, 'cause thats admitting it was tescos fault for leaving the plastic strips where someone could fall"

My 6year old has taught my 2year old to shout very loudly "you fell over" whenever anyone trips, which is ok when its one of us but not when its strangers in the street!! :o:o:o

I am the first one to help some in the street but have to really stiffle my giggles :( if its one of those comedy trips and they look round to see who was looking I find that hysterical :(

Make sure you get your injuries logged on your medical records, either at your gp or a&e type place. You may need to call on it later on down the line

My mum had a fall in t's, over a crate of milk that was left in the middle of the aisle. How she didn't see it was beyond me, but she didn't and her leg came up so much that my dad spent the night in a&e with her.

Just before Christmas they paid out. She still has problems with her knee now

Hope you feel better soon x

  • How cruel can life be sometimes?? A scotsman who loves a drink is stuck in a hotel room near Disneyland Paris drinking warm beer as he can't find a shop that sells ice to cool it down. Meanwhile, the best wine glitch of all time is happening in Asda back home and he can't get stuck in.. Oh Bingers!!
