Ouchies! Mum's had steroid injections and I've been threatened with them in all different joints over the years but I've refused :o:o My joint pains are so spontaneous and follow no pattern, every single joint in my body, some last a day, some last for weeks, there's no rhyme or reason so I can't justify having such a concentrated dose in one joint when it might be something else the next day! I don't know about sod's law, I think they should rename it to Fudge's law!

I've been taking prednisolone steroids since I was 5 :eek::( (am 25 now ) In the first couple of years they would reduce the dose down in stages before bringing me off them completely but it would only take a few months max before a simple cold or another infection would cause a relapse, my bloods would drop and I'd be straight up on a high dose again. Since the age of 7 I've taken them every day. Luckily as I've got older the relapse frequency has reduced and the majority of the time I am on a low maintenance dose but it's been more than enough to do the damage. Unless an alternative is found, I will be on them forever (along with a cocktail of others)

You're right about the bone scan. Mine was only detected because I requested it, intuition I guess The scan is nice and simple and very quick. I really hope the results show a good bone density and you're able to get the pain relief you need :Axx

It's on the inside bottom in red letters.some are more difficult to see than others.

Yep you are right, it was 10p, not 5p as I put I'd rather they brought back the 50p off a litre as I've only got quarter of a tank left. Wonder if their head office saw it as a success or a massive failure?

Oooh it definitely was my fav glitch. Pepsi 2litre worked out at 30p per bottle the 2nd time. Slightly more the 1st time Yes it glitched twice within a few days of eachother So there's always hope :j:cool::cool::cool:
