Apart from being slightly embarrassed about the size and number of the boxes, absolutely delighted with the deliveries :j Everything present and correct and the gift sets look so lovely - seems almost wrong to break up to make smaller sets as planned

Also dispatch e-mails for me and DD from Sweatshop - one order free and one cost £1 :j
Well done

Bad as in "naughty" they are like a pair of naughty children when they are together, but Nannylala is the boss as shes the oldest;)Trying to teach them the old DTD was hilarious, Auntielala was convinced everyone was looking in her basket to see what she was buying and then they looked in everyone elses baskets to see what they were buying, and kept saying "He's doing it I think, look what hes got on his basket!!!"And they are hopeless at self scanning if they're trying to be discreet, although Nannylala has got better:T:T:TThe last time I took them to Wat***d a good few months back they had the male SA laughing so much that he said he wished all his customers were like them:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
Love it! Bet they had a good time (in the nicest possible sense;)) when they were a bit younger! :T:T:T:T0 -
Thanks for the poster of the spam on facebook - my kids love it so it's always on the shopping list but does not always gets into the trolley as it's so expensive.
Will be popping into MrBs later to look at something to make me smell (hopefully) nice too, so thanks for that too.0 -
Uncle phil definately, if that was me I would go berserk and a very, very, very strongly worded email would go off:mad:No way should you have been treated like that its disgusting:(
No I went through TCB ;)it tracked at £1.17 and you know every penny counts:T:T:TSo even better for 82p![/QUOTE

No it can happen anywhere, my worst trouting was A's and I had my DS with me who was just mortified:o:o:o
Very true, in the end it just comes with the territory;)Although it really shouldnt have to
Got to agree there, everytime I've phoned them for something they've been brilliant:T:T:TAlthough I only ever phone if somethings damaged and they always tell you to keep the product and they send out a replacement.
The very first glitch I did was the big BS glitch. Remember paying something like £4 for 2 gift sets and a few other bit including a large body butter. I did a few orders. Sum items were missing (oos) but they happily sent me replacements to the same value :T always had first class CS from them. Well done BS I hope they keep it up

Yes I tried that with my missing one this morning. I told them the one I got the body butter and scrub had been damage and leaked. She looked at my account and said to me you did not pay for it so we are not send a replacement.:(
I give up now as I can be bothered to return it.
You should try ringing again, maybe speak to someone else. You never know.
it's worth a try. 0 -

I think I'll wait until the item comes back into stock and then cal again. If it's the same woman I'll put the phone down until I get someone different.

I wish these PPI people would stop ringing my mobile and home phone. I keep telling them I have never heard of PPI I did have MMR a few years ago though.

I had a call the other day asking to speak to my OH I asked who was calling and was told for data protection they can't say. I replied, well for data protection I can't tell you if my OH is here or not :rotfl: the conversation lasted quite a while but I gave them there own answers back every time. Still don't have a clue who they were :eek:0 -
