Give them a call I'm sure they will sort it out for you0 -
She was okay. She proceeded to tell me about the glitch! I acted all innocent. She told me that I haven't been charged for the gift sets (so I said to her, well, neither was Nikkilala but she's had hers!!! Lol! No, I didn't!).
It's worth giving a ring because you may speak to someone who is not as switched on.

I do love their products and the "Time to spa" website is one of the best for Elemis. my fave is the Pro collagen marine cream but at nearly £100 a pot, it's not very MSE. So i give hints to OH for Xmas and birthday (I'm 27th Dec so people take pity on me:rotfl:)
right, think I may fit a quick snooze in before picking OH and DS up at 5.15pm. Later gators (trumpety trump) xx
I don't know if you have tried it, but LUSH Eau Roma toner goes really well with the Elemis rosepetal cleanser0 -

Well the final result from my 15 wombles was:
3 x 'Great news blah blah blah cheaper'
3 x 'Despite your receipt being stuffed full of items that you are quite sure are sold everywhere else, we are not going to compare it for you'
9 x 'have some free money' totalling £11.69.
Not a bad result - that trip to asda got me six tins of free beans, plus a tenners worth of shopping for £3.47 and £11.69 back. Yay!
Well done :T0
