I know I cant believe that post. I think that this person just wanted an argument, surely no one can be that stupid? but wait I see they have continued to argue so yes they must be stupid.
Have also posted and added my twopenneth. Hope that you get somewhere with this OP. Fed up at the way that some staff let a little power go to their heads and act all gestapo. I think that it lets down all the other staff who cheerfully go about their job and make it pleasant to shop there. Yes I know it is hard to believe but there are some.
