I've never cooked tilapia so not sure. You could just cook it whole in the oven. I tend to put some butter and other seasoning/flavouring on it and wrap it in tin foil. 20 to 30 mins is plenty usually.

You could fillet it and then coat the fish in flour and pan fry it as my bass was done last night.

Let me know what its like as I've often been tempted by it but never actually got around to putting it in my basket!

Hi everyone,I'm one of the few that saved the beans but the pdf came up blank.Never sure of what I'm doing anyway as I'm only an "old"learner.E-mailed them this morning but not heard back yet.Read the instructions of how to get it back on the coupons board before it got moved but didn't understand it anyway.Love to all.

This really annoys me! Tesco change all the rules and put different barcodes on the vouchers to stop the unscrupulous from just printing them over and over but then fail to actually pass this info to the stores!
