I definitely didn't do a screenshot. As far as I can recall, I just right clicked to copy & pasted it whilst it was printing straight into word. Then I just formatted the page so that I could get 3 to fit. I was printing quite a few at the time though!!!

When I tried to paste it into paint as a poster had previously put, it did say "Voucher Already Printed"

I've also seen a fair few comments in my few minutes of researching that uninstalling Mcafee has solved the problems! not sure how true that is but then it wouldn't suprise me, I find Mcafee an awful product.

I also found this timed exactly right to when DD3s problem started. Looks like it might be a problem for a few more people.

As soon as I uninstalled Mcaffe internet access came back. So weird as mine and DD2s laptops both use same subsription and neither have had the same problem.

Just reinstalling it at the moment as do not have time to worry about deciding on another Antivirus and have about 3 months left with Mcaffee but will definitely be looking around for something else when it runs out. Have used it for around 2 years without any problems so hope it holds out to the end of this licence with no more problems.

A free one I've seen recommended if you have any trouble again is Microsoft Security Essentials.
When you are due for renewal I'd personally recommend Kaspersky - I have used it for several years and find it to be very good, not once have I had any issues.

If you do decide on Kaspersky search on offer of the day for it, I've never once paid more than about £14 - I get Kaspersky Internet Security.
Last time I bought the 2011 version even though there was a 2012 version as it was loads cheaper, and you got a free upgrade anyway!
