    Good morning mummy.

Would DS take me to one of those formal meals? I'd love to see the look on the snobs faces when I walk in with pie n gravy down me front and me beer gut hingin oot.:rotfl::rotfl:

Reminds me of years ago. OH wanted a Jag so we went to the showroom. I did tell him to change his t shirt as he'd dropped something down it - tommy k:eek::eek::eek: When we walked OH went to the car that he wanted. The salesperson came up to us, looked OH 'up and down' and said these are new cars, Sir, the used ones are outside!:eek::eek::eek: Obviously didn't think that we could afford a new one:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl: To this day, I wouldn't buy a Jag! Ditto BMW, we had a test drive (salesperson driving) and he demonstrated the 'mirrors that reverse with you' (not the right name but hopefully you'll know what I mean) so that you do not have a 'reversing accident'. He reversed straight into our car. His face was very :o. They obviously repaired the car foc. Never bought the car.:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

Hi, I know this is a kind of a private thread for a group of friends to post in, so sorry for muscling in. I just wanted to say that I came across your last thread when I put 'womble' into the search bar here and have been following for a few days, sorry, I know it seems like listening at keyholes! But I have had some brilliant help from your thread and...

Hypothetically, now, if a person had, say, about 16 x 40p MOC for chocolate cheerios that she didn't want 'cos no-one here likes them, what might be a good way to 'recycle' them, would you know? :A

Welcome to the madhouse! Sit down and put your feet off, you will soon see how comfortable it is in here. careful with Happy's sofa though, he doesn't like the stains to change, and the crumbs have to stay behind the cushions!

I wondered why I still had a nearly full box of chocolate cheerio's in my cereal section! Funny, it was nearly whipped out of my hand when it appeared int he post!

How funny just won a box for the postman to knock and bring me a box of Curiously Strawberry :D :j:j:j
  • Off into town in a while, have a look around see what last minute holidays are around. Had a word with our travel agent yesterday at his garden party too and they now know we do not want our normaly type of holiday but a chill out one!

Also picked up my prize for coming second in the photo comp they hold each year. Have to admit, I rarely print out my photos but seeing the difference between this one printed out and on screen I may well print a few more!

  • Keep posting this morning - my post count is sadly lacking on this thread! I was pretty low down on the other thread too!

  • Oh! Nearly forgot! Just got my invite for the Lambrini campaign on Buzz!! Have to admit I hesitated before accepting, but it is their cider and I haven't tried that yet! And it will up the shopping a bit more for a conditional spend!
