Trying for a Baby Part 8

I have the opposite problem TeamLowe in that I'm pretty good at getting pregnant and really crap at staying pregnant, although I must admit I am starting to feel slightly anxious as I'm now on my 3rd cycle post mc and not looking upduffed this time either. I know that's no time but I think with all this talk of being super-fertile post mc it just didn't occur to me that I'd even have one AF never mind about to be the third.

:rotfl:Hmm lemme see...I was supposed to be pregnant by my due date, pregnant by my anniversary, pregnant by my sisters due date, pregnant by the time they announced the rounds of voluntary redundancy
...not playing that game any more, far too depressing. Although I so so so want it to be this month so I can announce on Christmas day, a little fantasy I have from last year
Ooh that sounds like a depressing post and I'm not, honest! Realised I'll have to test when Im due on if I've had no spotting-I'm going to a friends housewarming so I'll need to know if I am or not. Let's hope there's spotting and I don't actually have to,see another negative test, they're too depressing lol x x
haha TeamLowe, last year I wished on a Christmas star that I'd be pregnant by this Christmas. I think I maybe watched too many soppy films on the Christmas channel or the star wasnt listening. I'd accept getting pg before I hit menopause.
I think maybe its a good thing AF came this month - we've got far too many parties over the next couple of weeks.
Lets hope your test is a BFP TeamLowe. Know what you mean about the negatives.Eu não sou uma tartaruga. Eu sou um codigopombo.0 -
I'm here!
Probably not for long though as I'm knackered, and for the first time in ages, DS has kept waking up this evening and not settling well at all
I've got to be up at 6 for work, so hoping that it isn't going to be one of those nights.
It was our first proper month of trying, so in that sense yes we've been super-lucky, however I am not counting my chickens as it's really early and I know what can go wrong.
September does seem to be turning into a bit of a bumper month, hoping there's more to come and an equally successful OctoberMetranil dreams of becoming a neon,You don't even take him seriously,How am I going to get to heaven?,When I'm just balanced so precariously..0 -
Congrats mv!
I also play the I'll be pregnant by..... Game. If we managed it this month, it'll be an anniversary baby! But then I thought I'd be pregnant by now. My aim when we got back from honeymoon was October so I'm still aiming for that! This month WILL be our month!!!First baby due 3/3/14 - Team Yellow! Our little girl born 25/2/140 -
Hope you have an easy night. I've got to be up at that time too, really CBA! Think positively. My midwife for DS2 said you can't borrow sadness from the future which I think is very true.
Stressful business this ttc and pg lark though isn't it. And what an emotional minefield too. I wish I could just wake up tomorrow and find that I'm 40 weeksUpdating soon...0 -

Yes this time last year I was hoping to be pregnant by Xmas, I guess by now I thought Id have a baby. And here I am again.
But, I also never thought Id get a job that is enabling us to save for a mortgage because of a better salary, plus have a much shorter commute, compared to my old one. AND I hope it could be one that I could potentially do a 4 day week at, if we have a baby, which my old one was not, so perhaps its all meant to be
(although I was slightly depressed earlier today checking a box on a questionnaire I was doing that asked if you had tried to conceive for more than 6 months!!)0 -
I'm quite worried about our financial situation too, something I have been trying not to think about too much.
OH is going to have to really try and find a better paid job as I only work p/t now, and once I go on maternity leave we will really struggle..the joys of living in London!
Too much for my brain to think about tonight though!Metranil dreams of becoming a neon,You don't even take him seriously,How am I going to get to heaven?,When I'm just balanced so precariously..0 -
