Tea, bread, cheese, eggs ..... nectarines ..... or possibly chocolate biscuits.
I ave a dodgy H, so sometimes I will sound dead common, on occasion dead stupid and rarely, pig ignorant. Sometimes I may be these things, but I will always blame it on my dodgy H.

Sorry, I'm a bit of a grumble weed today, no offence intended ... well it might be, but I'll be sorry.

    Porridge oats
    Brown rice
    Lentils
    Tinned tomatoes
Spinach or some other leafy green (although this wouldn't last 2 weeks it would make life more colourful).

I had to go on a elimination diet when my back probs started in my teens and all I could eat for 1 month (I think) was brown rice, white fish, lamb, peas, pears, potatoes after the 6 weeks we introduce different food types each week. so I know thats 6 things not five, I'd probably drop the fish or the lamb - cant decide!

  • Puddlegum, mine's nearly the same as your list. I was toying with oats but have replaced it with apples.

    1. Brown rice
    2. lentils
    3. veg 1 - red (tomato's)
    4. Veg 2 - green (peas)
    5. fruit - I'm undecided here on whether I want bananas or apples.

It would get very boring as it's the same meal 3 times a day. But it's very nutritious.

I'd love to add porridge or some more variation in veg and fruit. I could see myself foraging for dandelines + nettles for a bit of a change. I could use those for my green veg and add in say blue berries (yum).
