Stick a crap review of your stay on Trip Advisor with all the juicy CP Plus details. Travelodge check that site like a hawk and often respond to sh.it stays.

(Sorry for bumping but I'm in a similar position :))
  • I received my first parking [STRIKE]fine[/STRIKE] - sorry fake ticket/invoice from these after daring to visit the same service area twice in one day, they sent me two letters, I responded via e-mail using the contact details on the reverse of the charge notice, they sent me an e-mail back saying that they have accepted the appeal and that is the end of it.
Or so I thought. I have now had a third letter warning me that legal action is pending, "your ability to obtain credit in the future may be affected if we have to take this matter to our solicitors for further action" you now owe us £130.

Lets just say im not that happy with their conduct, and if i receive any more threats i would like to try and do something about it, starting with the site (MOTO Donington)

even though ive now read up on this, there is still a nagging bit of doubt in my mind, and I find it slightly worrying that this can be allowed to happen.
