I have spoken with the Three call centre several times and not encountered a problem. Perhaps it was the way you spoke to them?
Given that you are tied into this contract, you would be best advised to work with Three to get your service working again.0 -

... The reason why the CAB is useless in this case is there simply isn't a case. ...
I got the call from the ombudsman last night. Contract cancelled, £30 compensation. I did not even ask for compensation.
I have not lost a case before. It took months and a few hours of compiling the evidence but in the end I proved the doubters wrong. Take them on.
