BEKO CXS5104W Fridge Freezer - Design flaw

I have just purchased a BEKO CXS5104W Fridge Freezer (from Currys) and I have encountered what I believe is a design flaw.
The rear of the freezer draws are narrower than the front.
The draw runners are similar.
When a draw is taken out it drops below the runner and jams when trying to put it back.
I contacted the service line and the gentelman I spoke to said it's normal for the draws to jam and you have to lift them up to slide them in. This is not always possible with a full and potentailly heavy draw. At times my wife has to call me in to sort it out...
I believe this is a fundamental design flaw, am I within my rights to send it back?
Mike.

No, It's not a flaw, it's a design feature...tapered return perhaps Also it's not a draw... it'a a drawer?0 -

The drawers are hopless as they are and are likely to be broken easily with the extra strain.

So working in IT it doesn't matter if it's a draw or a drawer...and now hopless or hopeless? I despair. I take it you don't 'write' in your IT job?0 -
Stop worrying about any silly spelling mistakes.
The point is I think it is "Not Fit For Purpose" ...

It keeps food cold and frozen...like a fridge/freezer should. Why is it not fit for purpose?0 -
Maybe filling the draws / drawers beyond their design capacity is the problem.0

The unit is fit for purpose, but the point i think you should argue is whether it is "of satisfactory quality". However as the manufacturer has advised that it is performing as expected, you would be hard pushed to prove this.0 -
