Yeah, all I can do is thank God my HB came so quick because last time it took much longer and there was a couple errors which delayed my claim. Now I dont have to worry about covering the full rent myself at least.

No most councils wont pay you pcm,
you will either be paid fortnightly or 4-weekly
When you go down to the council, ask for it to be fast tracked and it will normally be sorted out within 2 weeks0
