MMS and Email on Nokia c3 with Giffgaff

I have transferred from ASDA mobile to Giffgaff, with ASDA I had no problems with MMS and email, since transferring to GG I have not been able to use either. I have been on the GG forums and tried to follow the instructions so many times I have just given up, is there anywhere you can go to get this remedied, I know there are no outlets for GG but if I cannot use MMS and email I might just as well switch back to a main stream provider.

Try downloading the Tweakker app and use that for doing the settings it makes life much easier

Ahh good point ...not certain you would have to ask.
I know some Nokia's are supported but not sure which

Done that a thousand times, no joy. Even tried multiple times to do it manually as described on their forum still no joy. It was easy on my Samsung i190000 but the Nokia C3 does not have the same options.

This is the page I have tried, but with the C3 the input options are not there. I have truly exhausted all the forum pages on Giffgaff, a local provider instead of online would be so much better.

Out of interest when you put the settings in do they remain there ?
When you go back in to settings are they still the same or do they revert back ?
I take it you have checked to make sure the account doesn't have a block on for MMS ?

1. Press “Menu”
2. Scroll to Settings, press “Select”
3. Scroll to Configuration, press “Select”
4. Scroll to Personal settings, press “Select”
5. Press “Options”, scroll to Add new, press “Select”
6. Scroll to Multimedia msg., press “Select”
7. Scroll to Account name, press “Select”
8. Press “Clear” to delete text already present
9. Enter giffgaff MMS, press “OK”
10. Scroll to Server address, press “Select”
11. Enter http://mmsc.mediamessaging.co.uk:8002, press “OK”
12. Scroll to Use preferred access pt., press “Select”
13. Scroll to No, press “Select”
14. Scroll to Access point settings, press “Select”
15. Scroll to Proxy, press “Select”
16. Scroll to Enable, press “Select”
17. Scroll to Proxy address, press “Select”
18. Enter 193.113.200.195, press “OK”
19. Scroll to Proxy port, press “Select”
20. Enter 8080, press “OK”
