Nor me, And I've slated courier companies in the past, including Yodel. I think it all depends on what driver you've got, like any delivery company. I've now got a good driver and no problems with the service whatsoever :T Which is a pleasant change from the last one who would leave it wherever, including bins, and a house about a mile away.

    Do they? :O

I'm sorry but if you provide bad service you have to expect people will be unhappy and voice their opinions!

Naughty Yodel, they're obviously spending a lot of their budget on pulling bad things off the internet and not putting it into their depos/transport/drivers.

There's plenty on the internet about it, here's one reference http://postandparcel.info/48939/news/companies/uks-yodel-warns-off-twitter-from-defamatory-statements/

Watch this and my other post will be removed by MSE within a few days. They've removed loads of posts about Yodel.

I was not aware we lived in a communist state! I thought we lived in a country where free speech was allowed. If someone writes a negative comment about Yodel based on their own genuine experience (my own post for example was a genuine complaint about Yodel not delivering an item to me and subsequently being unable to locate the item at all), then I fail to see why MSE should be bullied into deleting those posts.

Are they suing BBC Watchdog as well for highlighting the problems on national TV?!!

Although it explains where the other posts have gone, I was wondering as I thought it was a lively but genuine discussion about peoples' experiences with Yodel. Maybe MSE should strap a pair on and stand up to this company's attempts to bully people into silence.
