Are there any 12mo free on 12mo contracts anymore?

No you cannot port a number from the same provider. However, you could request a PAC code, transfer the number to a Virgin PAYG Sim Card then port it back to a new O2 contract. Tricky but it works.0

Hi guys I am also looking for a very cheap contract or 12 months free

I don't trust the sites who do them however.
I only trust CPW.
Appart from the 6230i, do they have any good deals? Will they price match deals?

iI just ordered a phone through Phonespot via Quidco (£50 cash back). Its a Virgin 20 12 contract (something like that) 100 free txt and 50 minutes talk time (don't use mobile a great deal so this should be fine for me). Line rental is £20pm which is reclaimable, phone is free, p&p is free. Total hypothetical cost for phone for 12 month contract is £0 + £50 bonus from Quidco

Well...I wouldn't go as far as to say "safe" as no cashback deal is totally safe. I would be happier saying that they are "safer than the average".

(feeling a little pedantic)For anyone wishing to contact me privately to ask me a question, can I ask that you email me directly as my PM box is often full.0 -

Having checked their cashback terms I note that as per most of the Carphone Warehouse branded companies, the phone spot provides conflicting informaiton- they talk about having 45 days to submit your claim yet also under the conditons they talk about submitting it within 30 days.
Just thought I would add my thoughts on the matter!Mark Hughes' blue and white army0 -
I think my reading is it must be submitted within 30 days it must arrive within 45.0

Or do any of these other sites let you do that?
Thanks!
You can port your number directly from o2 retail to o2 CPW.
I did it with 2 numbers last November with e2save.
