    No it isn't Hamish, I think you are grasping at false hopes. :rotfl:

    The figures are delayed back to the typical best selling period. I think we were all saying they would be up then. They have however been falling since and started falling earlier than normal suggesting an even weaker market.

    Lets see what Land Registry say in 2 weeks, they are on the verge of going negative.

    Okay, we can safely put the "London is skewing the numbers" argument to bed now. :)

    That argument was discredited a long time ago....

    Scotland down 1%.

    Which although better than the NE of England, and way better than Northern Ireland, can't compare with you lucky English as a whole.;)

    Although in fairness, Aberdeen in June 2012 is now up 6% on June 2007, so can't really complain.....:beer:
    If you wanted your property to gain value in real terms, you might complain.
