Can't Get Free Orange Wednesdays On My Sim Card??

I have an orange sim card that I use purely for the free orange wednesdays. However after sending about 5 text messages and calling 3 times I still can't get a text ticket - had the same problem last week and missed the film?? I have about £1 credit on the phone - does anyone know why. Thankx

As far as i remember, the conditions changed so that you have to spend at least £5 a month to be eligible for the Orange Wednesdays. This isn't a problem for regular Orange PAYG or Contract users, but rules out people that have an orange sim card solely for Orange Wednesdays.0

It might be better to ring up CS to find out, although they do charge 25p?/call IIRC.0
