Lose your anger. Then arrange another viewing with the vendors in attendance and tell them - without anger - that your offer was to include the units. Ask them whether the Agent explained this. Listen to their answers, go away, have a think, share what you found with us here if you like and then decide what to do.Some good points here, thank you. Buying a house is insanely stressful and it's incredibly easy to lose all sense of proportion. To be honest they look a little dated and unless it's the perspective in the photo they are out of proportion to the single room. I would ask the vendor that they can take them with them (which they wont) and you can have a larger bedroom and get something a lot cheaper than £1K.

You're buying the property/location not a wardrobe. Forget it. Wardrobe does not look like its worth 1k.
