Hi all,

I've just paid for two domain names and web hosting with this company and have already had terrible tech support (e-mail forwarding not working at all) and no answer at all from their customer service number. Their parent company Pipex is playing it ignorant. I want to move hosts - can anybody recommend a good host and is it easy to move?

123-reg webhosting and support sucks

I switched the webhosting to Blackfoot (but left the domains parked at 123-reg where it is cheaper). It was fairly easy for me to move the website across with a bit of help from Blackfoot. They only do email support (no telephone support) but they do reply and very quickly.

I have all of my sites with http://www.cdhostndesign.com/ They get back to you really quickly. When I move all my sites I was transfered within 24 hours with no downtime.

Glad it's not just me. I took out 2 domain names with these charlatans about 11 months ago. Still haven't got email forwarding working and they have ignored all correspondance. Don't care how cheap these guys are they couldn't pay me to buy a domain of them again !
