I use http://www.comdirect.co.uk for the self select ISA.
Its £12.50 per trade, and £25 per year fee.

Its got a good online dealign and information platform, active 24 hours a day, i.e. you can set stops and limits and also singals for emails...

Also you get £50 cashback if recommended by an existing customer. PM me if your interested.

If you are thinking of Unit Trust/OEIC ISA investment, Hargreaves Lansdown's Vantage Service www.hargreaveslansdown.co.uk is well worth checking out. In the vast majority of cases there won't be any additional charge for operating this ISA and, indeed, it could well be you will find it is cheaper than buying the same funds outside an ISA wrapper - even from a discount broker.

They run their own ISA "Supermarket" with probably a greater choice of funds than anyone else, offer the best initial charge discounts around and, in most cases, a "Loyalty Bonus" consisting of a rebate of some of their annual renewal commission.

Of course, this assumes you know which funds you wish to invest into and don't require any specific investment advice.
