Problem with Orange

Hello can anyone help me with this Orange problem?

Basicly Orange have over charged me on my monthly bill.
I have complained to Orange and received a £5 credit back, but they can not tell me if the £5 admin charge will be removed from my next bill? I can not see why this should be so hard to do! I dont see why i should have to pay for their mistake that they have admitted to.

But to make matters worse this morning my bank sent a letter saying they want to charge me £25 for Orange`s mistake!!

I have again contacted Orange to be given a refusal of a refund in the form of a cheque for the bank charge i have incurred because of them, And instead been given £20 (still £5 too short!) credit to my Orange account! Witch is no good to me,
I need the money back not credit!

I'm now wondering do i phone them back and demand the credit be taken off in favor of a cheque or just leave it?

Any help would be grateful. Thank you.

    Bit more detail, please.

How did they manage to overcharge?
    By how much?
Why are they giving you £5 credit?
    What's this £5 admin charge?

How much longer do you have left on your contract because it looks like you are running a very, very tight budget and you may need to consider changing to PAYG or similar.

Next time don't forget about the DD guarantee.
Claim the wrongly charged amount back from them bank immediately to avoid any charges.
Pay the correct amount to Orange by other means.

Knowing the Orange systems, it would take weeks to get a cheque raised...
