Do you speak Spanish?
Seriously, nobody at Slough deals with customer facing issues. It is better to chase the right people, than waste time with the wrong ones!0 -

Having spent 9 months trying to get just ONE person from O2 to sort out my problems I regretfully have to say I find your response a bit glib
Do you have a name and a number to contact these "right" people ?
I have even written to Ronan Dunne - I didn't even get an acknowledgement from his office - but several weeks later I did get a call from their totally useless "customer services" asking if I had a problem :mad::mad:
After I went through the same rigmarole with them (for the umpty third time) they said they would investigate and call me back that evening - that was 15 days ago and I am still waiting ...................0 -
Hahahahahahaha did you seriously think that writing to the managing direct would even elicit a response?! I suspect your letter went straight in the bin! They have customer service departments for a reason, use them!0

I had a totally different experience. When I wrote to the CEO's office, I had someone, not from Customer Service, call me the very next day. Problem sorted.0 -

If you had bothered to actually read my post then perhaps, just perhaps, you wouldn't have written your moronic post !0
