O2 - Renew or Switch?

Currently with O2 for homephone and broadband paying £30pm (give or take a few quid)

Nearing the end of my 12 month contract, but they don't seem to want to offer me any incentive to stay put... a tad disappointing as I've found O2 to be otherwise fantastic!

Renew or switch provider?

wait until the contractual period is up (contract doesnt end just becomes a Months notice account)..

Once you are outside of this period then you will have a stronger position to make demands from.

At this point you have a stronger chance of speaking to retention departments; but always be prepared to follow through any threat of leaving - e.g. Mac codes etc...

Recently got my Sky Tv \ Broadband \ Telephone down to £37 for 12 months..

That's a good deal! Is that all the channels? I know Sky can be devious when it comes to picking which channels you want and charge for them extra
