WooHoo! got my email confirmations at last, bit slow but at least they have arrived, now lets see if the goods arrive good luck to everyone who managed to catch the glitch, hope you all get your goods x

They've sent out gift sets with orders of £1.50 inc delivery before now...it's up to them, depends what they want to move out I guess.

I think the last one I did and it was a big one some had them cancelled and some got it. I got my order cancelled. Now thinking of it I think it was Superdrug.

I have never had a bodyshop glitch cancelled before but then the only glitch similar to this was when i got about 6 eyeliners added to one order free and I think they are £9 each.

I got 3, all confirmed and showing under my account.
the loyalty card is going to be a laugh when I go in to claim £15 of goods on my birthday

Can anyone please please explain how the cards work?? I have never bothered with one before. I only ever shop one line with body shop, so is it of any use to me?? Can I give it to a friend to use on her birthday or has it got my name on it so to speak ?
