t mobile breaking contract
hi
hope someone can help,i am currently on an 18 month contract with t mobile,i have always thought that i could call abroad dialing 07744 first and the call would be classed using my monthy miniutes, not being charged as an international call.phoned t mobile last night to check this and after speaking to several trainees and then getting through to a manager who said t mobile had currently stopped this service but could`nt say why.I then argued that this must be breaking the terms of the contract, as when i signed a new contract it was allowed then and now they have altered my service and not notified me,please can someone tell me if i can cancel my contract because of them breaking the terms
Thanks Darren

as far as i know the 07744 number doesnt seem to work on t-mobile. However, various providers have brought out 07755 numbers which do the same job and come from inclusive minutes (including t-mobile)0

Last year I cancelled my O2 12 month contract early as they changed the way they charged for 07744 numbers. I wrote to them, quoting their own T&C's. I followed a process tried and tested by others in the same boat but cannot remember where I found all the info but give Google a whirl. This space has been intentionally left blank0

thanks, but the support people never mentioned the other number0

tried 07755 but just get message saying i have dialed an incorrect number0
-
did you dial the FULL 07755 number as listed on various providers websites?? it should work (PS you DONT just replace 07744 with 07755 and use the rest of the number as usual)0

tried the full number listed on websites saying itis free on t mobile miniutes and was charged £4.746 for 07:58 miniutes so a bit fed up0
