Yep I've been using Orange ever since I started on the internet in 1997 and have upgraded my package as I've gone on. I started on a pay as you go dial up and gradually progressed to Broadband as I am now. I have had no trouble with it what so ever. It always connects the first time and it always connects at a high speed. I can't comment about the customer service line as it's so good I've never had to ring it, in 10 years!!2008 Comping ChallengeWon so far - £3010 Needed - £230Debt free since Oct 20040

I had no problems with orange for years, however my connection deteriorated after being transfered to an LLU exchange. Tech support is generally good but limited: if it's something on their script, they're very good; if it isn't, then you might as well ask your cat. Customer services is not so good: they tend to treat you like a hinderance rather than a customer. They are, however, very good for giving away free months subscription when you have problems.0

I've been with Orange since last September and I'm very happy with their service, especially as I've got the free wireless broadband. Never had a probem connected, and the speeds are OK.
I've also moved house twice since then, and their customer services were helpful in that time (and they answered the phone in about 5 mins). The transfer of broadband happened within 6 days (was advised it may take up to 15 days to transfer)
I must be one of the approx 35% that voted positively for them on the Watchdog survey!0
