CPW PAC request policy - so silly
Not sure whether its for all customers but I was told to request PAC you need to call them up first and get a reference number first and then they ask you to write a letter with the reference number and request for your PAC. They then say its takes up to 72 hours before they write to you with your PAC.
What a stupid and pathetic policy.
All you should have to do is call up and get the PAC there and then just like 3, T-Mobile just to name a few.
