Anyone else got a sky broadband outage?

I am using my phone to write this as my Internet isnt working! The router has a solid red @ on the lights, is this a individual thing or is it the same for others?

    No, you'll not find that Sky broadband has gone down nationally, though thee might be a local line or exchange fault
    Does the line work for voice calls, and have you got a dial tone? If not, report it as a line fault (not a broadband fault) to your line rental provider.

    I have a working dial tone and phone line.

    It was all working fine until the red @ light lit up on the router!

    Im at work now so wont be able to see again til tonight, but its soo annoying!

    Are they in the process of upgrading the exchange?
    I has issues with Sky BB in the first quarter, and had 4 extended outages with them.

    All I've seen is some colourful BT signs on the green boxes in my road saying fibre broadband is here, but thats it!


    This update wasn't on the site yesterday but it is now, so hopefully this is all cleared up when i go home as the site says it is!

    BTW are you sure that the @ light was red, it should either be green, or amber, or off.
    That gum you like is coming back in style.
