I'm old fashioned, so any noise at 11.30 Sunday night is worse than at 11.30 Saturday, because of school/work next day. (Yes, I sound like my mother).
Having said that, I live in an area over-taken by student houses, so all sorts of noctural disturbances are the norm - the 'tamest' was a large and extremely inebriate young man dancing naked up the middle of the road singing loudly. The 'worst' was three separate all-night parties in a week, during my son's A-level exams.I can cook and sew, make flowers grow.0 -
Sure i'd be annoyed, but i'd tell myself it was only one night...0

Mildly annoying, but assuming it's a one-off, let it go and don't ponder over it to the point that you start wondering whether or not anyone else is annoyed by mere thought of it as well
. ' <-- See that? It's called an apostrophe. It does not mean "hey, look out, here comes an S".0 -
If this was every sunday night then I think you would have grounds to complain.
A one off celebration however - surely you can be more understanding?0 -
There is a curfew when fireworks can't be let off - between 11pm and 7am, except on specified occasions when it's a later time.

However, if it's a one-off then just let it go (even though it's flippin' annoying if it's stopping you sleeping!).0 -
We used to get a lot on Saturday nights.... bl00dy wedding receptions. That stopped when the law changed.0
