There is no reason why you can't sell the item on ebay. The breach of copyright will be the text that you have copied. Just try relisting it, but using your own words to describe it.

I sold something last year and a week after the auction ended, Ebay decided to remove the listing and email the buyer to say they suspected it was fake. It was 100% genuine but the manufacturer didn't like their products being sold anywhere other than through their own website.

There seem to be lots of those air swimmers fish on Ebay - did you use a stock photo?

Argos sold them off recently, I imagine everyone is trying to cash in..... all business registered obviously ;)

    here for anyone interested...£14.99

I bought a magazine, read it , and put it on ebay. It was removed and i was warned.

Last month i sold an old item of clothing i bought from an official outlet - and it was removed and i was warned about selling fakes

I have never sold anything fake, and could have provided the reciept - but they were not interested. A bit rich from Ebay - who asked people like me to sign a petition to stop Manufacturers banning the selling of their items on Ebay.
