Listing Removed due to trademark breach

Hi - Wonder if anyone can help?
I've just recieved an email from Ebay saying that my listing (for a well-known toy brand) has been removed due to a trademark breach.
Unfortunately, I cannot find my original listing to review it and see where the breach may have occurred.
Does anyone know if you can access a removed listing?
Also, I had copied the description from the back of the items box - do you think this is where I went wrong? It was mostly just measurements and contents.
Would like to try and relist again, but don't know if this is allowed?
Many thanks

You can't view a listing that's been removed and you risk suspension if you try to list it again. You only get so many warnings before being suspended.
Many brands don't allow their products to be listed on ebay. Which brand was it? If you tell us the brand we'll be able to tell you if the brand either doesn't allow their products to be sold on ebay or only sold by authorised retailers.0 -
It would also be A breach to cut and paste details from the manufacturers website.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. Thanks for the quick response. It was an Air Swimmers fish. Didn't realise that some brands don't allow their products to be sold on Ebay - don't want to risk being suspended so wont try and list it again.
Having a clear-out of the kids toys - do Ebay have a list that I can access to find out what brands you are not allowed to list? Dont want to make the same mistake again.0 -
There seem to be lots of those air swimmers fish on Ebay - did you use a stock photo?0

No - I always use my own photo's.0

If the item is privately owned there is no law agaist selling anything on Ebay, if you own it you can sell it anywhere you want. What the company are doing is forcing Ebay to remove the listing as they are not allowing a copyright to be published on their site.
Most brands, designer in particular, ban their retail partners from listing on Ebay, although it's not against the law they will lose their account if caught.
When I was in menswear I sold mostly middle of the road brands, Firetrap Teddy Smith etc, and with every account I had, not one of them would allow me to sell on Ebay. The brands repution does not like it.0 -
It might be the blurb you wrote out (surprising though, I do that for most books I list and I didn't have any trouble selling a pack of oracle cards in that way) - but I wouldn't just assume anything or relist it until you get confirmation from eBay or the company as to what you specifically did wrong. The listings up there now might not have been reported yet - so always tread carefully with a removed listing."Well, it's election year, Bill, we'd rather people didn't exercise common sense..." - Jed Bartlet, The West Wing, season 4

I've never heard of this brand but a quick search on google brings up a few websites which suggest the brand is only allowed to be sold in the UK through authorised retailers. When ebay remove listings I think they provide an email address of someone you can contact at the Company concerned. You could contact them and advise it's a one-off, original toy that you're selling and see if they'll allow you to. By the looks of it there are a lots of fakes of this brand being sold.0

Think this may be the case, have checked the email again and it says that it can "confuse buyers about the source of your item or your relationship with the trademark owner".
Might be because this was brand new and unopened (kids rec'd this as a gift but I never got round to buying a helium canister).
My friend is doing a car-boot next week so will see if she can sell it for me instead.
Thanks everyone for all your help - hadn't ever seen this before.0
