I read or listen to music, partake of the free G&Ts, have a good scoff and then wake up for another scoff before landing; I'm guessing you aren't flying longhaul though?

If it's a long haul night flight I will try and get some nice strong sleeping tablets. I'm terrible at sleeping on planes, even in business class with a supposedly "fully flat" bed. During the day I'll watch lots of rubbish films and maybe take my netbook with me to catch up on some useful stuff or just play some games.
If it's short haul I'll just take a book, or play aggrieved avians on my phone, or something of that ilk.
Let's settle this like gentlemen: armed with heavy sticks
On a rotating plate, with spikes like Flash Gordon
And you're Peter Duncan; I gave you fair warning

no, 4 hour flight. normally when Ive flown Ive been with friends or family so tend to spend the flight chatting, drinking and playing games where as this time I just need to occupy myself!

If you're lucky enough to be flying with Ryanair you could buy 250 scratchcards, but be quick you'll probably arrive early.

How to pass time on a plane:
    1) A few glasses of wine/G&T
    2) Fall asleep
    3) Wake up at destination

An MP3 player is useful to help zone out.
