hi.
I wonder if you can help me . I got a 30 day sim only contract from e2save . e2save says I can upgrade on the 17.08.12, but when I phone Orange they say I can not upgrade. as I need to have the account for 90 days ?. who is messing me around here as I'm not happy with both Orange and e2save . my contract ends on the 17th of august . I hope some one can help . thanks

When did the contract begin?
If it's less than 90 days ago, I think Orange are right. They won't let anyone upgrade until they've seen a clear acc for 3 months...0 -

Why do you want to 'upgrade'? Is it because you are having problems with getting a contract with a phone because of your credit history? If so, it is naive to expect that having a sim-only contract for 30 days can change anything.0

you wont be able to upgrade until 3 months, OR 3 months clear billing, if your direct debits fail in them 90 days etc they wont give you a contract (espeshially if thats the reason you took the sim only!)216/2018 (make ££ in 2018)
